I booked a screen replacement online 1h30min before the closing time given by Google. However the staff told me that the store was already closed. They still agreed to “exceptionally” repair my phone. The new screen has a very low quality, is impossible to read outside on a sunny day and the touchscreen doesn’t work well. Better pay 40 chf for the screen and tools and learn how to do it by yourself instead of paying 120 chf. Last point, please learn how to wear a face mask, it’s useless to wear it on your throat as is should cover the nose and mouth. You don’t wear your pants on your ankles, right ? And stay behind the plexiglas screen, it’s made to protect you and your customer against droplets and not only for decoration.

If you read this, please do yourself a favour and DO NOT take your phone here for repairs. I needed a broken screen to be fixed, which you would expect to be a basic and standard service. This was done, but ever since I have had problems with my phone (phone hangs up on people, starts opening & closing apps without me touching the screen and keyboard starts typing letters other than what I am pressing - apparently this is called ghosting). After trying to blame the issue on water damage, which was a complete lie, they admitted that something on the mainboard had probably been damaged whilst replacing the screen. It needed to be sent to the lab to fix the issue. I was told this would take 2 days and that I would be called to collect it. After 2 days no phone call. I proceeded to call a day later and was told I would be called back as they needed to locate my phone, but this never happened. I called again one day later and had to wait 45 mins before being able to speak to someone only to be told that my phone was still in the lab. I eventually collected the phone 5 days later only to be told that they could not find an issue with the phone. What were they doing with my phone in these 5 days?!? The phone is still ghosting and has permanent damage. I do not trust these people to handle my phone anymore, therefore will go somewhere else (which is certified, this place is not!), but the hassle it has caused at such a big expense is unacceptable. Also the staff seem to have no clue what they are doing and communication between the staff is terrible.

I had a Google Pixel phone with water damage, they fixed the issue with battery but speaker was still bad, so they did not ask for the repair fee. after a few weeks speaker got better by itself, i wanted to pay for the repair, they said no need to. Thanks.

Won't go there again if I need to get my phone repaired, because: They broke the proximity sensor while replacing screen, then refused to fix it saying 'it happens' because that part is too fragile. They replaced my original battery with a third-party battery which lasts only for 2-3 hours. So, will never go there again. Also, some of their staff is simply rude.
